about us? Below, you'll find some feedback straight from our past customers.
And it's not just the good stuff -- we've included critical
comments as well. The critical comments are what have helped us to
better ourselves every year. If you decide to use our service this year,
we'll ask for feedback from you as well. Many suggestions are implemented
each year based on feedback. Of course, we cannot guarantee that every
suggestion will be implemented, but we do promise a personal response to
all critical feedback.

Thanks so much for making the summer storage and delivery
such a great experience for us. This is our first child in college ...
and since we are out-of-state... you made the transition for us that
much easier.

I'd actually like to thank *you* all for providing such amazing service.
My items came back in perfect condition, the entire process was easy and
organized, and the service on all fronts was incredible. The movers were
friendly and helpful, going out of their way both times to make it easier on
me. I was called the day of my delivery to let me know that the men were
running a bit late, and to expect them in the latter half of the delivery
window. Everything ran smoothly, and it was little details like that, that
made this service such a positive one.
The only semi-negative was the fact that my delivery people got lost;
their directions, apparently, weren't complete. I, unfortunately, had never
been to the part of town where they ended up, so I had to do some running
around myself to try to bring them back to my dorm. But, they were pleasant
to me and didn't lose their patience, even though I was the last delivery of
the day.
I look forward to using your service again next year, so if you all have
a mailing that you send out in the spring at all, I'd love to be on it.

University of Richmond parent:
I want to thank you for your incredible service. I
was a bit hesitant about storing my daughter's things, but it was
clearly one of the smartest moves I've made this year. The pick up as
well as the delivery was on time and very efficient. The girls were
unpacked and their dorm room completely organized in 1/3 the time this
year compared to last year. We live in Massachusetts and I couldn't
imagine lugging all of her things back and forth from Virginia.
Everything was logged in, in great shape and you have a customer for the
next three years anyways.
Thank you again, you provide a wonderful service.

Duke student:
I thought the service was great this year. The price was good, and when I
didn't know exactly what I was storing, you guys were willing to readjust
according to how things changed. I would just suggest maybe finding a better
map of Duke University, because I think your guys had some trouble finding
people to return their stuff on West Campus. Other than that, I thought it
was great. Thanks.

Excellent service! This made move in and move out so much easier. The
guys were EXACTLY at time and very pleasant. We will definitely be using
your service again.

University of Virginia student:
My name is [name deleted] - and I was very pleased with Summer
Storage. Your workers were friendly and punctual and everything was kept in
great shape. Your price was reasonable, which I appreciated, and room
service was a big plus - especially with all the stairs at UVA.
My one suggestion would be to clarify the location of box
pick up at the beginning of the summer. Last year - the location was Scott
Stadium- but that's a pretty big area to run around for people without cars.
A more specific desription - like right off Alderman, on the side of the
stadium farthest from McCormick - would just make things easier.

trying to figure out how/when/where to store our daughters things for the
summer was going to be a challenge. Your service solved our storage

University of Richmond parent:
My daughter stored her boxes with you last summer, and we were delighted
with your service. In fact, after hearing about it, many of my friends tried
to make similar arrangements at THEIR children's schools. As a New
Englander, I was especially grateful not to have to tote heavy loads in May
and August in Virginia!
This year my daughter will be taking the fall semester abroad. Is it
possible to store her things from May until January? ...

Note: We frequently provide extended storage for students who go abroad
or for other reasons. There is no limit to how long items can be stored.

University of Richmond student:
For the most part I was satisfied with the service
provided by your company. My one large complaint is that the pick up and
delivery schedule is very inconvenient. Rather than having people waiting
for a 3 hour time block you should estimate the time needed for each
delivery and then give a more accurate estimate of the time you will be
arriving for each individual delivery. I strongly recommend that you change
your delivery routine.
Note: Thanks to customer feedback like this, several
years ago we changed our pickup/delivery process and
now usually schedule a two hour pickup window and always try to arrive at or near
the beginning of the window, although unanticipated events can cause us to run
behind. We also call if we know we will be late.

William & Mary student:
Before the sumer began I requested to recieve boxes from
your company, however you failed to properly notify me in due time about
when the boxes were going to be delvered, so i had to run round at the
last minute looking for boxes to store my items in. It would be helpful
if you would do a better job notifying your clients about box delivery
dates. I would suggested (1) notify at least 5 days to a week in
advanced, and possibly sending emails (or more of them if you already do
send out emails).
Note: In our reply, we communicated that this
information is posted on our web site and in the emails we send out.

University of Richmond student:
This was the second summer that I've chosen to store my
belongings with Team Logistics, and it was the first that I decided to pay
the extra fee to have my boxes carried directly to my room. I just
wanted to say that your employees were extremely helpful--it took them about
ten minutes to move the fourteen boxes I had in storage up to the third
floor of my dorm building, whereas last year I had to carry them by myself
up to the third floor, and it took me about an hour. The extra fee was
worth it; your employees were fast, efficient, and very courteous. I'm sure
I'll be storing with Team Logistics again.
