DELIVERY SETUP

INSTRUCTIONS

To update your order and setup your delivery, first, enter your Order Number and Customer Code.  (Your Order Number and Customer Code must be correct for your updates to be applied.)  Then, fill in the spaces below that need to be changed, and leave blank the spaces that were already correct in the email you received.  When you are finished, click the Submit button at the bottom of this page.

After you submit the updates you make on this page, the information is sent to our order system, where your identity is verified, and your order is updated.  Then, an email will be sent to you within several hours confirming your updated information.

If you set up your account on our web site, you created your customer code when you set up your account.  If you set up your account over the phone, we created your customer code at that time.  Your order number is included in most emails you receive from us.  Please email us or call us if you cannot locate your order number or customer code.

1)  YOUR DELIVERY DATE:

You may add or change your delivery date until August 1.  Please make sure you have selected your delivery date and received an email from us confirming your date by August 1.

Similar to your pick up at the beginning of the summer, we will schedule a time for your delivery, although we cannot schedule times until after August 1 when we know everyone's final dates and addresses.  THEREFORE, PLEASE SELECT A DELIVERY DATE WHERE YOU (OR A FRIEND) WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE ENTIRE DAY.  Do not select the day you will be arriving to campus since travel delays could cause you to miss your delivery, which will result in added fees and delays to your delivery.  We will email your confirmed delivery date and time during the first part of August.

If you have made arrangements with us to store your items for an extended period and will need a special delivery date, please email us at least one month prior to your requested delivery date, and we will complete your delivery setup and bill the special delivery fee at that time.  You do not need to do anything until then.

Please only select a date that is listed for your school.  If you select a date from another school, your order will not be updated, and your delivery will not be scheduled.  If your school is not listed below, your delivery date schedule has not been completed at this time.

2)  YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS: 

You may add or change your delivery address until August 1.  If your delivery address is not in the same city as your spring pick up, please email us to make special arrangements.  Make sure you have set up your delivery address and received an email from us confirming your address by August 1.  If you are storing for an extended period past the end of the summer, please contact us one month in advance of your delivery date, and we will complete your delivery setup and bill the special delivery fee at that time.

If you will live on campus, please fill in the dorm information below.

Please make sure the phone number(s) that were shown in your email are all current and correct; if any of the number(s) are no longer correct please either replace the old number with a new number or remove it by entering 000-000-0000 below.  If you don’t know your fall phone number yet, please let us know as soon as you receive it, at least one week in advance of your scheduled delivery date.  It is helpful if you provide as many numbers as possible so that we are able to contact you if necessary.  Make sure to include at least one phone number that we can reach you at on your delivery date.

Since our primary method of communication is via email, it is important to list as many accurate addresses as possible, to make sure that any junk mail filter you may use does not block our emails, and to check your email on a regular basis.  If you do not check your school email on a regular basis over the summer, it is a good idea to have alternate addresses on your account, such as parent addresses, friends/roommates addresses, or other addresses you may use over the summer.  Each account can have up to five email addresses.

Use this space to provide directions to your address if you are living off campus, or contact information if you will not be meeting us.  If someone other than the person's name listed on the storage agreement will be meeting us, please provide their name and cell phone number(s).  We must have a way to contact them on your delivery date.
