Please follow the steps below to schedule your delivery.   Be careful to enter your delivery information completely and accurately so that we are able to schedule your delivery quickly.  You will have a chance to review and change your information on the next screen.

Delivery Date to Team Logistics Warehouse*:

* Team Logistics must have at least one week advance notice of the date the cabinets will be delivered to the Team Logistics warehouse.  Orders that arrive at the Team Logistics warehouse without any advance notice will be refused and rescheduled for a later date if the warehouse is not open and staffed to receive deliveries.  If less than one week advance notice is given, the delivery to the customer may be delayed.
