Team Logistics will only collect personal information from you if you voluntarily provide it to us.  If you do provide personal information, we will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any outside party.  We will not provide your personal information to any outside party unless you instruct us to do so in order to complete a request made by you, such as shipping your items to you via a third party, or we are required to do so by law (see below).

Unlike most web sites, our web site is not designed to employ the use of cookies.  Not employing cookies may help to protect your privacy in the event of a security hole or flaw in the computer software you use.  Cookies are small bits of code, usually stored on a user’s computer hard drive, which enable a Web site to “personalize” itself for each user based on information provided by that user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your customer code and any account information.

Team Logistics may disclose customer information if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect the rights or properties of Team Logistics and our affiliates when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities. Any material changes in the way we use personal information will be described in subsequent versions of this Privacy Policy.
